Larong Pinoy
Patintero, piko
Traditional Filipino street games — the ones played on the kalye before anyone had a phone. Patintero, piko, luksong baka, tumbang preso, sipa, agawan base, taguan. They cost nothing, they scale from six players to sixty, and they still land at a company team building or a barangay fiesta, partly because half the adults in the room have not played them since grade school. Rules differ by province, so where a game has regional variants they are listed rather than flattened into one version. Each entry has the setup, the rules, what to watch for safety-wise, and notes on adapting the game for adults, for a smaller space, or for a crowd wearing office clothes.

Common questions
What are the most popular larong Pinoy?
Patintero, piko, luksong baka, tumbang preso, sipa, agawan base and taguan are the ones most people name first. Sungka and dama are the common indoor ones.
Can traditional Filipino games work for adults at a company event?
Yes, and the nostalgia is most of the appeal. Tumbang preso, patintero and sipa all work with adults. Check the safety notes first — these were designed for barefoot kids on dirt, not adults in office shoes on tile.
