How to play4

Before you start

Write a list of photo challenges with point values, for example the whole team in one jump shot, a photo with the oldest guest, a human pyramid of hands. Set up a shared album or chat for each team to post into.

  1. 1Each team uses one phone and the same list.
  2. 2The whole team must appear in each photo unless the challenge says otherwise.
  3. 3Photos are submitted to the shared album before the deadline; late ones do not count.
  4. 4Judges score photos, then the best ones are shown on screen.

What to say3
  1. 1“Every photo needs your whole team in it — selfie skills, people!”
  2. 2“Forty minutes. Upload before the deadline or it doesn't count!”
  3. 3“Let's see the photos on the big screen! Look at this one!”
Host tips3
  • Showing the photos on the big screen afterward is the real event — plan 10 minutes and a screen for it.
  • Uploads fail at the deadline when everyone sends at once on weak Wi-Fi. Allow a five-minute grace period or let teams upload as they go.
  • No challenges involving strangers, staff or other guests who did not join. Ask permission before any outside person is photographed.
Variants2
  • Video challenges

Add 10-second videos: recreate a famous movie scene, sing the company jingle. Worth double.

  • Wedding hunt

Guests photograph moments for the couple: someone crying, the oldest dancer, the flower girl's best pose.

Safety2
  • Keep teams off roads, rooftops and railings — risky photos are the main danger here.
  • Ask guests before posting photos of them online.
