Before you start
Number the photos and put them on a slideshow or a board. Hand out answer sheets listing the names of everyone whose photo is in.
- 1Show each numbered photo, or leave the board up while people mingle.
- 2Players write the name they think matches each number.
- 3Collect the sheets, then reveal each photo with its owner — have them stand up.
- 4Most correct matches wins; break a tie by fastest submission.
What to say3
- 1“Look at these cuties. One of them is now your manager.”
- 2“Number seven — that's somebody's serious face already!”
- 3“The reveal! Baby number one, please stand up!”
Host tips3
- Half the photos arrive on the day, if at all. Ask a week ahead, remind three days out, and close submissions the day before.
- Some guests have no baby photos — lost in a flood or a move, or grew up without a camera. Say any childhood photo counts, and that opting out is fine.
- File names and the order photos arrived in give answers away. Rename them to numbers and shuffle the order.
